Welcome to Odoms & Sons BBQ restaurant. By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Menu items, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at the time of purchase.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

CATERING AGREEMENT TERMS

1. Deposit & Payment

– 50% deposit secures your event date
– Final payment due 7 days before your event
– Custom quotes valid for 30 days

2. Cancellation Policy:

– 30+ days: Full deposit refund
– 15-29 days: 50% deposit refund
– Under 14 days: Deposit retained

3. Service Commitment:

We’re licensed, insured, and committed to making your Atlanta event unforgettable. Our team handles setup, serving, and cleanup so you can focus on your guests.

4. Minimum Requirements:

– 30-guest minimum for catering
– $1,000 minimum order value
– 10-mile service radius from downtown Atlanta (extended areas may incur a travel fee)
