Odoms & Sons BBQ brought the heat to Union City with an indoor pop-up that kept guests warm and well-fed. People lined up, chatted, and watched as trays of oxtails, brisket, ribs, and turkey wings came out hot and ready. The scent of slow smoke filled the space, and plates left the window fast. Guests lingered over sides like macaroni and cheese and sweet potato cobbler. Some came alone, left with friends. Others returned for seconds.
