This time, Odoms & Sons teamed up with Thyron Mathew, adding his famous mop sauce ribs alongside Odoms & Sons’ dinosaur-sized oxtails, bringing together two flavors people could not stop talking about.Mother’s Day weekend at Scofflaw Brewing had the whole basketball court turned into a full pop-up scene, with plenty of seating spread out for everyone who came through. A DJ kept the music rolling while guests moved between tables, line, and open space with plates in hand. Families, couples, teens, kids, and groups of friends all filled the space, eating, laughing, and settling into the day together. The smell of smoked barbecue stayed in the air as food kept coming out hot, steady, and fast from both sides of the setup.
